摘要 <p>The present invention relates to an anti-rebounding control apparatus and method in an electrical swing system of a hybrid excavator. The anti-rebounding control apparatus includes: an anti-rebounding controller (101) which outputs a first command for setting a torque limit value at zero in a case where a rotation rate of an electric motor is less than an upper threshold and greater than a lower threshold, and outputs a second command for setting the torque limit value to a maximum value in a case where the rotation rate of the electric motor is less than the lower threshold when a rotation rate command value is inputted at zero; a torque regulator (102) for setting the torque limit value at zero when the first command is inputted and setting the torque limit value at the maximum value when the second command is inputted; and an electric motor inverter (103) for blocking power supplied to an electric motor (104) when the torque limit value is set at zero and resupplying power to the electric motor (104) when the torque limit value is set at the maximum value. Thus, the same performance as that of an anti-rebounding system used in a swing system of an existing hydraulic excavator may also be realized in the system using an electrical motor such as a hybrid (or electric) excavator.</p>
