The drive has a driving mechanism (10) provided with a motor that is rotated in clockwise and counter-clockwise directions. A worm gear wheel arrangement comprises two bearings for supporting a worm gear wheel that is secured in an annular body. A telescopic pipe is bolted with a guide screw such that the pipe surrounds exterior of the guide screw. An outer pipe (60) surrounds exterior of the telescopic pipe, which is rotated and driven by the screw, so that the telescopic pipe is linearly advanced or withdrawn with respect to the outer pipe.
