<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an industrial heating system capable of being operated under optimum conditions, even when temperatures of outside air and exhaust air from a heating chamber change. <P>SOLUTION: This industrial heating system includes: a heat pump device having a first heat exchanger for heating the taken outside air, and a compressor for compressing a working medium recovering the exhaust air of the heating chamber or exhaust heat of the heating chamber, and supplying the same to the first heat exchanger; a second heat exchanger for heating the heated air produced by the first heat exchanger; a boiler device for supplying steam as the working medium to the second heat exchanger; and a control device for driving and controlling the compressor and the boiler device. The control device controls the output of the compressor by using an assaying curve setting an outlet temperature of the compressor to minimize one target parameter selected from primary energy, operation costs and CO<SB POS="POST">2</SB>emission of the industrial heating system, with respect to an inlet temperature of the compressor, and controls the output of the boiler device on the basis of the outlet temperature of the compressor and an inlet temperature of the heating chamber. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
