<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biochemical analysis test specimen for improving the measurement precision fluctuation caused by ambient temperature environment in biochemical analysis using enzyme reaction. <P>SOLUTION: There is provided a biochemical analysis test specimen containing at least an enzyme and using a hygroscopically exothermic fiber. The hygroscopically exothermic fiber is a fiber selected from the group consisting of wool, regenerated cellulose fiber, silk, hygroscopically exothermic acrylate fiber and a mixture thereof. The hygroscopically exothermic acrylate fiber is an acrylic acid-based synthetic fiber. The enzyme is selected from the group consisting of glucose oxidase, glucose dehydrogenase, peroxidase, alkaline phosphatase, ascorbate oxidase, cholesterol esterase, cholesterol oxidase, creatine amidohydrolase, creatinine amidohydrolase, lipase, ketoamine oxidase and saccharified amino acid oxidase. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
