<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a swing door capable of switching a single swing state (figure 2) and a double swing state (figure 3) without taking time or labor. <P>SOLUTION: In the swing door, a switching metal fitting 21 can be manually elevated and lowered. When the switching metal fitting 21 is elevated, as shown in the figure 2, the upper piece 23 of the switching metal fitting 21 is at a position (height) facing a distal end of a damper rod 15. Thus, when the door is turned from being opened to being closed, the distal end of the damper rod 15 is abutted to the upper piece 23 of the switching metal fitting 21. Thus, the single swing state of the door is achieved. When the switching metal fitting 21 is lowered, as indicated in the figure 3, the switching metal fitting upper piece 23 is lowered and the switching metal fitting 21 is not abutted to the damper 13 or the like.
