<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem in which: a switching element S*# to be driven cannot be driven if there occur any anomalies in a constant current switching element 26 or a discharge switching element 30. <P>SOLUTION: The constant current switching element 26 and the discharge switching element 30 are connected to a gate of the switching element S*# via a gate resistor 28. A voltage across the gate resistor 28 is converted to an output voltage Vgi by a differential amplifier circuit 70 and fed into an anomaly determination section 72. The anomaly determination section 72 determines whether or not there occur any anomalies in the constant current switching element 26 or discharge switching element 30 according to a current flowing through the gate resistor 28. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
