<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wiper device that suppresses inertia forces of a wiper arm and a blade and prevents overrun by making angular acceleration at a reverse position approximate zero, eliminates the non-continuity of operation, avoids a collision of wipers, and can improve the accuracy of the reverse position. <P>SOLUTION: This invention relates to the opposing type wiper device having a first wiper blade, a first wiper arm, a second wiper blade, a second wiper arm, and a control means which controls the turn of the first wiper arm and the second wiper arm via a turning shaft. The control means includes a step of making the angular acceleration approximate zero in the middle of each zone with respect to a zone to the upper reverse position from the lower reverse position of the first wiper arm or the second wiper arm, and a zone to the lower reverse position from the upper reverse position of the first wiper arm or the second wiper arm, and performs control at a turning pattern for switching a plurality of patterns. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
