摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To determine a factor of vibrations generated in a structure as an earthquake or a wind with high accuracy just by a vibration sensor, and to separately perform storage processing as earthquake data or wind data. <P>SOLUTION: An observation system for an earthquake and a wind in a structure includes: an A/D converter 4 for converting detection signals from vibration sensors 3a and 3d installed to a structure 1 by a first sampling frequency at every fixed interval of time; data preparation means 9 of an earthquake observation specification, for obtaining the statistic of vibrations at respective observation positions 2a and 2d from converted data; data preparation means 10 of a wind observation specification, for acquiring the statistic of the vibrations at the observation positions by re-sampling the data from the vibration sensor 3d converted in the A/D converter by a second sampling frequency lower than the first sampling frequency; and control means 11 for determining whether the vibrations observed by the vibration sensors 3a and 3d are due to an earthquake or a wind from the data of the earthquake observation specification and the wind observation specification and separately performing storage processing as earthquake data or wind data. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
