<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pneumatic tire for a two-wheeled vehicle which effectively suppresses uneven wear apt to occur in a tread part, while maintaining driving stability at high speed running time. <P>SOLUTION: The pneumatic tire for a two-wheeled vehicle includes a circumferential direction belt layer 6 in which a ribbon-like member composed of one or more cords covered with rubber is spirally wound at 0 to 5° with respect to a tire circumferential direction. When a distance from a tire equatorial plane C to a tread end E along an contour shape of a surface of the tread part 4 is defined as a half width L of a tread creepage surface, the circumferential direction belt layer 6 has a belt half width B in the range of 40% to 60% of the half width L of the tread creepage surface, wherein the belt half width B is a distance from the tire equatorial plane C to a width end 7a along a line connecting center positions of the cords 5 arranged in line in a width direction in a width-direction cross section of the circumferential direction belt layer 6. The pneumatic tire includes, on both width-direction sides of the circumferential direction belt layer 6, a pair of narrow inclined belt layers 7 with cords which are arranged at an angle of 10 to 40° with respect to the tire circumferential direction, wherein the width inner ends 7b of the pair of narrow inclined belt layers 7 and both width ends of the circumferential direction belt layer 6 form an overlapped part 8. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
