<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antimicrobial and antibacterial nozzle for liquid discharge capable of effectively blocking intrusion of external air, also reliably blocking intrusion of micro-organism and restricting the activity of the micro-organism to only the discharge port part even when the micro-organism intrudes. <P>SOLUTION: In a film-shaped check nozzle 1 having an outside-checking function, the inner surface to be a discharge channel of two sheets of front and back laminated plastic films has surface roughness Ra of 2 μm or less, and flatness of the discharge port 20 part provided by opening at least the end part of the film-shaped check nozzle 1 formed of the laminated plastic films is 10 μm or less as the interval of fine gaps between the films after the ejection of liquid material to be packaged. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
