<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain smooth open/close operation of a lid member by simplifying and reducing the weight of a double hinge structure of the lid member. <P>SOLUTION: A first lid support member 60 is rotatably supported by a first hinge part 55 with respect to a first attachment plate part 17 positioned behind an upper opening part 12. A second lid support member 80 is rotatably supported by a second hinge part 56 with respect to a second attachment plate part 18 positioned in front of the upper opening part 12. A moving member 100 arranged in a lid member L is reciprocated between a first joint position on the first hinge part 55 side and a second joint position on the second hinge part 56 side. The moving member 100 moved to the first connecting position is connected to a first lid support member 60, and the lid member L is opened and closed while being supported by the first lid support member 60.
