The transmission has a drive shaft (W0) connected with input sides of clutches (K1, K2). Two coaxially arranged transmission input shafts (W1, W2) are connected to respective output sides of the clutches. Two countershafts (W3, W4) are respectively coupled with the input shafts. A driven shaft (W5) is arranged coaxial to the drive shaft. Forward gear ratios and reverse gear ratios are switched by respective switching elements (S1-S5). Three wheel planes (RE1-RE3) are formed as double wheel planes. Planetary gears (P1, P2) are attached to the respective countershafts as an area-group.
