<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure-sensitive adhesive composition for optics, in which the strain by especially the expansion or the like of a polarizing plate is not only alleviated by the shifting of a pressure-sensitive adhesive, but also the birefringence of an adhesive layer caused due to the fact that a polymer in the adhesive layer is oriented by the shifting is made close to zero, therefore, the irregular color and the coloring failure phenomenon in a liquid crystal element are made not to occur. <P>SOLUTION: The pressure-sensitive adhesive composition for optics includes a copolymer (A) and a crosslinking agent (B), wherein the content of the crosslinking agent (B) is the amount in which the coefficient of viscosity at 90°C of a formed adhesive layer becomes 0.5×10<SP POS="POST">7</SP>to 10×10<SP POS="POST">7</SP>Pa s. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
