<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multilayer extrusion coating round electric wire, with high flexibility of a winding, high productivity, lifetime at 290°C being 7,000 hours or longer and general lifetime being 40,000 hours or longer, being heat resistive at 230°C in use. <P>SOLUTION: The round electric wire includes a soft copper round wire (1) which is not plated, a first PFA (tetrafluoroethylene - perfluoroalkyl vinyl ether copolymer resin) extrusion coating (11) formed around the soft copper round wire (1), a second PFA extrusion coating (12) formed around the first PFA extrusion coating (11), and a third PFA extrusion coating (13) formed around the second PFA extrusion coating (12). Consequently, flexibility of winding is improved, and productivity is improved. A stable extrusion is available even at a high extrusion temperature. The lifetime at 290°C is 7,000 hours or longer and general lifetime is 40,000 hours or longer, because of a heat resistance. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
