<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a measurement from being varied, by smoothly moving air inside bellows boots when elongating/contracting a probe member in a contact type displacement measuring instrument using a slide bearing for a sliding part of the probe member. <P>SOLUTION: A contact type displacement measuring instrument comprises a contact type displacement measuring head 1 including a contact piece 4 which can be displaced while being abutted to a measuring target, a probe member 8 which is connected with the contact piece 4 and displaced by a slide bearing structure, a bellows part 6 which is provided between the contact piece 4 and the probe member 8, and differential transformers 14 and 16 which perform output corresponding to the displacement of the probe member 8. Inside the probe member 8, a passageway 18 is provided which releases air in the bellows part 6 when elongating/contracting the bellows part 6 with the displacement of the probe member 8. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
