<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide highly pure and inexpensive metal fine powder. <P>SOLUTION: When it is defined that metal concentration=mass (g) of metal×100 (%)/mass (g) of reaction solution, metal compound and amine protecting agent are mixed such that the value of the metal concentration becomes 1 mass% or more and 90 mass% or less, the metal compound is reduced by heating and stirring the solution, the metal fine powder covered with the amine protecting agent is deposited, in the method for manufacturing the metal fine powder. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
