PURPOSE: A panel for shielding electromagnetic waves from a portable phone is provided to efficiently shield the electromagnetic waves by including a metal plate for shielding electromagnetic waves and a distance maintaining plate. CONSTITUTION: A metal plate is attached to the front side of a portable phone case(11). A distance maintaining plate is attached to the metal plate. The upper side of a panel includes a receiver opening(15) formed in the front side of the portable phone case. A penetration hole(21) is formed to attach and detach an ear insertion member(30) is attached or detached through the penetration hole.
