PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a lightweight tire with innerliner of a polymer composite composition improving production efficiency, maintaining moldability of tire by using a polymer composite composition with excellent inner air permeability. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a lightweight tire comprises a step of obtaining a film for innerliner by forming a film from a polymer composite composition using plastic material and rubber material; a step of molding the innerliner with multi layer by winding the film for innerliner at least twice or more; and a step of manufacturing tire by using the innerliner. By controlling a winding number and a thickness of the film for innerliner, a final thickness of the innerliner is adjusted. The final thickness of the innerliner is 0.1-0.3 mm. The plastic material is one or more selected from nylon, polyethylene, and EVOH(Ethylene Vinyl Alcohol). The rubber material is one or more selected from bromobutyl rubber, chlorobutyl rubber, and epichlorohydrin rubber.
