PURPOSE: A method for attaching identification information to teeth is provided to provide the identification information semi-permanently without wearing and carrying the identification information by attaching a teeth attachment to tooth including an identification tag. CONSTITUTION: A tooth attachment including an identification tag is prepared(S11). An adhesive is coated on a tooth surface or a surface of the tooth attachment(S12). The tooth attachment is attached to teeth(S13).
