ACTIVE AIR FLAP

PURPOSE: An active air flap is provided to prevent the performance reduction of an active air flap by preventing the separation of a door caused by external force or the malfunction of an actuator. CONSTITUTION: An active air flap comprises a carrier(410), a bumper(420), and a heat exchanger(430). The carrier is composed of a front panel and a support panel. The support panel is extended on the both sides of the front panel. The bumper is mounted in the front side of the carrier. The bumper comprises an opening portion for the flow of air to the rear side of the carrier. The heat exchanger is mounted in the rear portion of the front panel of the carrier. A core is formed in the heat exchanger.
