<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fiber cement board capable of being manufactured in high productivity without deteriorating the filtration property for hydraulic slurry. <P>SOLUTION: The fiber cement board is obtained by sheet-forming the hydraulic slurry prepared by using cement as a main component and adding a reinforcing fiber thereinto. A reinforcing fiber in which the ratio of one having≤0.2 mm weight average fiber length measured by a fiber length measuring machine based upon TAPPI T271 regulation is≤20 mass% is used as the reinforcing fiber added into the hydraulic slurry. Because the quantity of the fine fiber in the hydraulic slurry is reduced, the increase of the filtration resistance due to the clogging of mesh of a sheet-forming felt or the like with the fine fiber or the excess densification of the lower part of the sheet-formed material sheet-formed by the deposition on the sheet-forming felt or the like in the dehydration of the hydraulic slurry is prevented. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
