<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide network apparatus and an estimation method of network information, which can estimate the number of traffic sessions encrypted or concealed and corresponding applications. <P>SOLUTION: The network apparatus is provided with: a flow extraction part 102 for extracting a flow encrypted or concealed; and an estimation part 103 which performs a spectrum analysis of the extracted flow, estimates the total number of sessions on the basis of the spectrum analysis result and the traffic amount, extracts the spectrum analysis result of a known application, in which the spectrum analysis result of the flow overlaps with a feature frequency in the spectrum analysis results of the known application recorded in a known application DB 104, and estimates one or more applications corresponding to the flow and the number of sessions for the each application on the basis of the spectrum analysis result of the extracted known application and the total number of sessions. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
