A PROCESS FOR CRACKING HYDROCARBON OILS

PURPOSE: A cracking method of hydrocarbon oil is provided to offer the excellent cracking capability and the desulfurization capability of heavy oil to users, and to improve the productivity of gasoline. CONSTITUTION: A cracking method of hydrocarbon oil comprises the following steps: contacting the hydrocarbon oil with a catalyst in a single reactor including plural reaction regions including first and second reaction regions(9, 14) under the cracking reaction condition; separating the reaction result and the catalyst to obtain the spent catalyst; regenerating the spent catalyst to obtain recycled catalyst; contacting the recycled catalyst, or a mixture of the pre-reaction catalyst and the recycled catalyst to the reduced gas containing atmosphere to obtain a reduced catalyst; re-circulating the partial reduced catalyst to the first reaction region for contacting with the hydrocarbon oil to obtain a first reaction region result; and re-circulating the rest of the reduced catalyst to the second reaction region for contacting with the first reaction region result to obtain a second reaction region result.
