PURPOSE: A method and a system for calculating response rate in case a control frame is exchanged in a wireless LAN are provided to exchange a management frame or an action frame in a short time. CONSTITUTION: An initiator(202) transmits a first management action frame to a responder(204)(212). The first management action frame includes an ACK policy field for indicating that the ACK is not transmitted by a second station in response to the first management action frame. The initiator does not receive the ACK frame by the responder. The initiator receives a second management action frame from the responder in response to the first management action frame(214).
