PURPOSE: A power converter with a snubber circuit using a TVS(Transient Voltage Suppressor) diode is provided to simplify a structure of the traditional snubber circuit by using the TVS. CONSTITUTION: A power converter(200) includes a DC/DC converter and a DC/AC inverter. The power converter includes a push-pull converter(210), a transformer(220) connected to the output of the push-pull converter, a rectifier(230) for rectifying the output of the transformer, a snubber circuit(240), a DC filter(250), a full-bridge inverter(260), and an AC filter(270). The snubber circuit removes a switching noise of the converter or the inverter. The DC filter filters a DC signal connected to the output of the snubber circuit.
