PURPOSE: A mobile communication device for information collection and a data transceiving method thereof are provided to enable a driver to recognize a state of a vehicle through an external display device. CONSTITUTION: A wireless communication unit(230) transmits data to a first external device. A control unit(260) is connected to an electronic control system of a vehicle through a connector. The control unit confirms a communication protocol of the electronic control system and the connector. The control unit transmits measurement data of a vehicle sensor to the first external device through the wireless communication unit.
