STRUCTURE OF MIXED FLOW IMPELLER HAVING AIRFOIL BLADES

PURPOSE: A vane-type hybrid impeller structure is provided to prevent exfoliation between vanes by forming a main plate inclined and forming vanes on the inclined main plate. CONSTITUTION: A vane-type hybrid impeller structure(50) comprises a rotary shaft(10), a main plate(20), a vane(30), and a side plate(40). The main plate is fixed on the center portion of the rotary shaft. The main plate comprises a plate(21) inclined based on a reference point(C). The vane is attached in one side of the main plate. The vane is formed into fan shape. The side plate is formed on the top portion of the vane and a draw hole(41) is formed for the inflow of fluid.
