PURPOSE: A computer control recognition apparatus using a wireless transmission and reception apparatus and method thereof are provided to authenticate drivers using physical proximity. CONSTITUTION: When a driver(160) locates an adjacent location, an operation system(120) gives driving rights to the driver. A pre-authentication server(110) authenticates the driver. The pre-authentication server activates the driving rights given to the authenticated driver. A human linking apparatus(140) receives interface control signals from the driver.
