PURPOSE: An integrated inverter-charger device and a controlling method thereof are provided to charge power in a low pressure battery by using charged power in a high pressure battery. CONSTITUTION: A device(200) includes a single phase rectifier(211) to rectify a single phase input and a three-phase rectifier(212) to rectify a three-phase input. The device includes a low pressure rectifier(220) to supply low pressure DC power to a load and a three-phase motor(230) to drive an electric car. The device includes an inverter(240) to supply charged power of a battery by driving the three-phase motor and a controller(250) to control the single phase rectifier, the low pressure rectifier and the inverter.
