SYNTHETIC FIBER FOR DIVISION STYLE CONCRETE AND SHOTCRETE REINFORCEMENT

PURPOSE: A branch-type synthetic fiber for concrete and shotcrete enforcement is provided to change the form of the synthetic fiber by adding nano-power to the fiber. CONSTITUTION: A branch-type synthetic fiber for concrete and shotcrete enforcement(100) comprises a body portion(110) and branch portions(120).The body portion is formed into a single fiber having a predetermined pattern and length. The branch portions are respectively formed one or more at both sides of the body portion. The synthetic fiber for enforcement is composed of 100%PP (Polypropylene). Nano-powder is added to the synthetic fiber for enforcement. The branch portions are respectively formed into bifurcation. The maximum angle between the bifurcations is 45-120 degrees and the length of each fork is 5-10mm. The synthetic fiber for enforcement has a single fiber length of 10-50mm and the tensile elastic modulus of 5-9GPa.
