PURPOSE: A signal detection circuit for a hi-pass terminal operated by a battery and the hi-pass terminal including the same are provided to obtain reliability of signal detection data without a separate power-up part. CONSTITUTION: A receiving part(210) receives a signal from a high-pass base station. An amplification part(220) amplifies the received signal received from the receiving part. A signal detection part(230) detects a high pass signal from the amplified received signal. A battery(240) applies power to the amplification part and the signal detection part.
