PURPOSE: A natural fermentation hair restorer composition is provided to suppress DHT function and to excessive lipid release and to improve blood flow amount. CONSTITUTION: A natural fermentation hair restorer composition contains: Hizikia fusiformis (Harvey) Okamura extract prepared by sterilizing pulverized Hizikia fusiformis (Harvey) Okamura at 35 Deg. C. for more than 6 months and fermenting; a step of Rehmanniae Radix Preparata fermentation extract prepared by sterilizing Rehmanniae Radix Preparata and fermenting and extracting at 35 Deg. C. for 3 months; Sophorae Radix fermentation extract which is prepared by sterilizing Sophorae Radix and fermenting and extracting at 35 Deg. C for three months; garlic fermentation extract prepared by sterilizing and fermenting and extracting garlic at 35 Deg. C for 3 months; Lycii Fructus fermentation extract prepared by sterilizing and fermenting and extracting at 35 Deg. C. for 3 months; and black soybean fermentation extract prepared by sterilizing black soybeans and fermenting and extracting at 35 Deg. C. for 3 months.
