OPTICAL ABSORPTION FILTER AND DISPLAY DEVICE USING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A light absorption filter and a display device using the same are provided to prevent the decrease of visibility due to external light at the open air or the places where have lots of external light. CONSTITUTION: A display device includes an upper polarizing plate. The upper polarizing plate successively laminates a bonding layer(221), a lower protective layer(222), and a polarizing layer(223), and a light absorption filter(400). The light absorption filter can disperse light absorption materials on a polymer resin layer. Visibility increases since the light absorption filter absorbs the light reflected by a color filter and the light reflected by the polarizing layer if the light absorption filter is formed on an upper portion of the polarizing layer.
