PURPOSE: A riser pipe sealing apparatus is provided to prevent the exposure of waste gas or dust when the internal pressure of a riser pipe drops or a groove of a support body is damaged because the water flowing out from an absorbing body blocks a gap between a cover and the groove. CONSTITUTION: A riser pipe sealing apparatus comprises a support body which is installed on the upper side of a riser pipe(200,210) and has a cover opening and closing the riser pipe, a groove formed along the periphery of the support body to place the cover and obtain the airtight seal, an absorbing body containing water and inserted in the groove, and a plate provided on the upper side of the absorbing body to support the cover. |
