PURPOSE: A circular knitting machine with a twisting device which supplies twisting yarn is provided to enhance production efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A circular knitting machine comprises a twisting device(1200) for supplying twisting yarn; and a circular knitting machine main body(1300) for forming the knitted materials by delivery of the yarn from the circular knitting machine. The twisting device comprises: a bobbin circulation plate which has a circulation shaft at the center and a plurality of bobbins formed in predetermined interval; and a detector circulation plate having a yarn detector.
