PURPOSE: A floating wind power or tidal power generation apparatus is provided to prevent a connecting and a wind guide plate from twisting as a horizontal support bar and a connecting wire are rotated around a fixing support bar. CONSTITUTION: A floating wind power or tidal power generation apparatus comprises floating bodies(10), a wind guide plate(20), a wind power generator(30), and a connecting wire(40). The wind guide plate is in the air, and guides wind to the center. The wind power generator is installed in the wind guide plate, and generates electricity. The connecting wire is connected to the floating bodies or the wind guide plate, and supports the floating bodies or the wind guide plate. |
