PURPOSE: A celebration message providing method is provided to make and supply a celebration message only for a corresponding friend, thereby supplying more pleasure to the friend receiving the celebration message. CONSTITUTION: Message generation information including a target celebrity, a message type, a message transmission time, a target address, and one or more message contents is inputted(S110). Background data including one of a voice, a song, and a video of the target celebrity is generated based on the message generation information(S120). Final message data is generated as the message contents are overlapped on the generated background data(S130). The generated final message data is transmitted to the target address at the message transmission time(S140).
