PURPOSE: A sludge reducing and resourcing material forming method is provided to prevent the decomposition of a dehydrated cake by annihilating harmful bacteria in the dehydrated cake and aging organic materials in the dehydrated cake using fermenting bacteria. CONSTITUTION: A sludge reducing and resourcing material includes the following: rice hull or sawdust is introduced into a fermenting unit(1); culturing fluid, complex bacteria, and molasse are introduced into the fermenting unit; impellers(24, 24') and an oxygen introducing unit(23) are intermittently operate to implement a fermenting process to form solid-state mycobiota; a dehydrated cake is introduced into the fermenting unit; and the moisture of the dehydrated cake is evaporated, and the dehydrated cake is converted into effective materials. |
