PURPOSE: A disk shaped stretching machine is provided to relieve muscles around the spine without earnest stimulation. CONSTITUTION: A disk shaped stretching machine comprises a body(10), a disk body(20), a free motion body(30), and a switch(40). The body has a plurality of elastic members and is supported from the floor. The disk body is installed to be flexibly supported by using an elastic member. The disk body supports the body of user. The free motion body has a plurality of beads which is inserted in a hole formed inside, and freely exercises at the upper part of the body. The switch accomplishes T-shape and is installed at the upper part of the disk body. The switch converts the free exercise of the disk body into rotation or rotation into free exercising.
