PURPOSE: A medical information managing network and a method thereof are provided to integrate and manage medical information of a medical service user to a smart phone and to exclude a new system for transmitting and receiving medical information. CONSTITUTION: A smart phone(10) receives medical information by transmitting medical service user information to a medical organization system(20) through an information query application(11). The smart phone transmits the medical service user information to an integrated medical information management system(30) through information aggregation application(12). The medical institute system transmits the medical information to the smart phone.
