PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic gain control device capable of performing an automatic gain contro suitable for acoustic environment. SOLUTION: The automatic gain control device comprises: a determination means for determining the acoustic environment; a gain control amount determination means for determining a gain control amount based on a determination result by the determination means; and a gain control means for controlling gain of an audio input signal, based on the gain control amount determined by the gain control amount determination means.
