PURPOSE: A touch device and a manufacturing device thereof are provided to prevent operation interference by conduction electrostatic capacity by having a shield structure about single interference. CONSTITUTION: A shielding layer is arranged in a peripheral area(100B) and is separated from a touch sensing layer. An insulating layer is arranged between the touch sensing layer and the shielding layer. The touch sensing layer includes a sensing electrode and a signal transfer trace(112). A main part of the sensing electrode is arranged in the sensing area. The signal transmission trace is arranged in the insulating layer. The main part of the signal transmission trace is arranged in a peripheral area. The signal transmission trace is connected to the sensing electrode.
