A holding arrangement of a seat part 12 of a seat system on a vehicle body of a motor vehicle, in which the seat part 12 is pivotably held on the vehicle body to pivot between at least one seating position and at least one stowed position relative to the vehicle body. A locking means 24 is provided, by means of which the seat part 12 in the event of an impact of force due to an accident is secured against swinging out of the seating position due to the accident. The locking means 24 comprises at least one first locking element 26 held on the vehicle body and at least one second locking element 30, which is attached on the seat part 12 via at least one attachment element 32. The attachment element 32 is connected in a first attachment region 36 with the seat part 12 and in a second attachment region 38 of the attachment element 32 with the second locking element 30, and between its attachment regions 36, 38 the attachment element is routed in the vertical direction of the vehicle at least partly over the second locking element 30. |
