摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a LiFePO<SB>4</SB>crystal-based lithium secondary battery positive electrode material high in an orientational property, and excelling in ion conductivity. <P>SOLUTION: This precursor glass is manufactured by mixing, by mol%, 10-50% of Li<SB>2</SB>O, 10-40% of Fe<SB>2</SB>O<SB>3</SB>, 20-50% of P<SB>2</SB>O<SB>5</SB>, and 0.5-32% of at least one kind selected from MgO, TiO<SB>2</SB>, V<SB>2</SB>O<SB>5</SB>, MnO<SB>2</SB>, Co<SB>3</SB>O<SB>4</SB>, NiO, Nb<SB>2</SB>O<SB>5</SB>, MoO<SB>3</SB>, WO<SB>3</SB>and rare earth oxide, and by melting and cooling them; and this lithium secondary battery positive electrode material comprising NASICON type crystal, olivine type crystal, spinel type crystal and a solid solution of them is provided by heat-treating the precursor glass at a glass transition temperature or a temperature above it, or by heating it by laser irradiation. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
