PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pneumatic tire capable of improving handling performance on both a snowy road surface and a dry surface. SOLUTION: This pneumatic tire includes: main rib grooves 12b, 12c on the attachment inside and the attachment outside, at least from an equator portion; and sub rib grooves 14 (14a, 14b) narrower than the main rib grooves in the middle of a mediate portion M on the equator side from the main rib grooves and in the middle of a shoulder portion S on the end side from the main rib grooves 12 on the attachment inside from the equator portion.
