PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a light source lighting device with high availability of a light source and high efficiency at low cost. SOLUTION: A light source lighting device 27 receives power supply from a commercial AC power supply 11, and lights on light-emitting modules 21a, 21b with different color temperature comprising LEDs 20a, 20b serially connected to each other by a constant-current power supply circuit 13. A color control circuit 22 of the light source lighting device 27 comprises switching elements 23a, 23b parallely connected with the light-emitting modules 21a, 21b, respectively. For example, if the light-emitting module 21a has a luminous color of 3000K and the light-emitting module 21b has a luminous color of 5000K, a synthetic luminous color while the switching elements 23a, 23b are turned off is 4000K.
