PURPOSE: A low temperature cultivating method of highland crops on a flatland is provided to enable farmhouses to use a greenhouse during the summer time. CONSTITUTION: A low temperature cultivating method of highland crops on a flatland comprises the following steps: installing a greenhouse(1) to the north and south direction; installing a shade(3) 100% shielding the light on the greenhouse; winding the shade from the lower side using a winding device by the winding degree based on the temperature and the sun movement; and installing a ventilation fan(5) automatically opening the green house on the upper center of the greenhouse for reducing the temperature.
