PURPOSE: Sauce for grilled chicken using natural seasonings is provided to reduce the content of sodium in conventional sauce by using fermented soybean powder and Salicornia herbacea powder. CONSTITUTION: Sauce for grilled chicken using natural seasonings contains 15-20 parts of water by weight, 20-30 parts of soy sauce by weight, 2-7 parts of fruit extract by weight, 5-10 parts of fruit fermented liquid by weight, 2-6 parts of oligosaccharide by weight, 7-13 parts of ground garlic by weight, 1-3 parts of ginger by weight, 0.01-0.2 parts of black pepper powder by weight, 1-4 parts of pear by weight, 3-8 parts of onion by weight, 1-3 parts of spring onion by weight, 10-20 parts of red pepper powder by weight, 1-4 parts of fermented soybean powder by weight, and 0.5-2 parts of Salicornia herbacea powder by weight. |
