<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electroconductive layered product which is transparent and is superior in electroconductivity and to provide a method of manufacturing it. <P>SOLUTION: The electroconductive layered product 10 has a transparent substrate 11, a metallic electrode layer 12 formed on at least one face of the transparent substrate 11, and an electroconductive polymer layer 13 formed on a surface of the metallic electrode layer 12, wherein the electroconductive polymer layer 13 is a layer that is composed of an electroconductive polymer solution having pH 4 to 10, obtained by subjecting an electroconductive polymer mixed liquid containingπ-conjugated electroconductive polymers, a dopant comprising acid, and water to a neutralization process. The method of manufacturing the electroconductive layered product comprises the steps of forming the metallic electrode layer 12 on the transparent substrate 11 and applying an electroconductive polymer solution on the metallic electrode layer 12 to form the electroconductive polymer layer 13, wherein the solution having pH 4 to 10, obtained by subjecting an electroconductive polymer mixed liquid containing theπ-conjugated system electroconductive polymers, the dopant comprising the acid, and the water to a neutralization process, is used as the electroconductive polymer solution. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
