<p>A process for producing a loading pigment dispersion for oil-based-ink printing which necessitates a lower transport cost than in conventional processes and greatly improves productivity. The process, which is for producing a loading pigment dispersion for oil-based-ink printing, comprises a step in which a loading pigment is dispersed in a mixture dispersion medium comprising water and a varnish for oil-based printing inks, and is characterized in that the amount of the water to be contained in the mixture dispersion medium is regulated to 1-40 mass% based on the whole loading pigment.</p> |
